Hot water issues are a huge letdown!!! The steep staircases are downright dangerous for those with heavy luggage. The shared bathroom access is inadequate for multiple rooms. The entrance could use clear signage!!!

The location of Golden Cross Guesthouse is absolutely fantastic, situated just steps from the Covered Market and other key Oxford sights. My room was cozy, with essential amenities like a fridge and microwave that added to my comfort during my stay.
